INCOLA PITA BREAD (2 X 95G)
The gluten-free and vegan pita roll makes great component of self-prepared healthy fast food dish. The roll, after it has been cut, forms a pocket, which is perfectly suitable to be stuffed with the favourite filling. Baked beforehand, the roll becomes crunchy.
Ingredients: starches (tapioca, maize), water, sourdough (maize starch, buckwheat flour, rice flour, water), inulin, rapeseed oil, yeast, sugar, emulsifier (mono- and diglicerides of fatty acids), humectant (glycerol), thickener (xanthan gum), salt, dried rice sourdough (grounded rice products), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).
Product is packed in a protective atmosphere. Gluten-free product.
