This supplement is designed to balance the omega-6 to omega-3 ratio and address omega-3 deficiency. Omega-3 and omega-6 imbalances occur because diets tend to be low in oily fish but high in grains, processed carbohydrates and vegetable oils. Taking EPA in doses in excess of 1000 mg helps to restore the appropriate balance between omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, while the rTG form of omega-3 delivers higher levels of EPA into cells, faster.
Each box contains 60 capsules, providing a 1-month supply at a daily dosage of 2 capsules.
Adults and children aged twelve years and over should take 1-2 capsules daily with meals. Children aged four to twelve years should take 1 capsule daily.
