Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), Capsule Shell [gelling agent (gelatine), humectant (glycerine, purified water)], Selenium Yeast, Emulsifier (lecithin), Bulking Agent (vegetable shortening, soybean oil, yellow beeswax).

 
Recommended Daily Intake of Selenium 100ug + Vitamin E 400iu Capsules:

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
