HairSkiNail Tablets contain specific vitamin supplements that play a significant role in helping to maintain healthy hair, skin and nails. Recommended Daily Intake Of HairSkiNail Tablets :

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily.  Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
