Evening Primrose Oil 500mg Capsules contain Evening Primrose Oil (EPO), which is a rich natural source of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) essential for the production of Prostaglandins to help maintain and keep the body metabolism running smoothly and efficiently. EPO from HealthAid with added Vitamin E is available as a capsule to maintain freshness and purity.

INGREDIENTS FOR EVENING PRIMROSE OIL 500MG CAPSULES:

Evening Primrose Oil, Capsule Shell [ gellaing agent (gelatine), humectant (glycerol, purified water)], Vitamin E (dl-alpha tocopherol)

 

Recommended daily intake:

Adults and children over 6 years of age, one to two capsules daily. Adults can increase up to eight capsules daily if required.

For children, capsules can be pierced and the contents taken orally or rubbed onto the skin.

Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
