Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is one of the most powerful antioxidants that is used throughout the body to attack and neutralise damaging free radicals, these are toxin-like molecules that cause oxidative damage to cell walls, mitochondria or DNA, thus contributing to numerous health problems and speed up the ageing process.

Recommended Daily Intake of Alpha Lipoic Acid Capsules :

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one capsule daily can be increased to two if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
