GOOD EARTH BLACK ONION SEEDS 20G

Nigella sativa contains up to 38 percent oil and up to 2.5 percent essential oil.

It also contains calcium, fiber, iron, potassium and sodium.

Nutritionally, the seeds contain 21 percent protein, 35 percent carbohydrate and 36 percent fat.

A study in the August 15, 2013 issue of "Diagnostic Pathology" shows that Nigella sativa also contains compounds that help lower your risk of diabetes.
