By combining this precious essential oil with a proprietary blend of bioactive, natural and organic ingredients including Rose Flower, Witch Hazel and soothing Aloe Vera, we have created a natural toner that gently purifies, soothes and restores.

Apply to cotton wool and wipe gently in upward movements over skin morning and night. For best results use Dr Organic Rose Otto Cleansing Milk before and follow with a Dr Organic moisturiser.
