Evening Primrose Oil - HealthAid

Evening Primrose Oil 25ml contains Evening Primrose Oil (EPO and is rich source of Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids, Linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic Acids (GLA), which the body can only get through the diet or supplement. The body converts GLA to a hormone-like substance called Prostaglandins. This helps maintain the body’s metabolism, to keep it functioning efficiently and effectively. EPO is the ideal supplement to help maintain healthy skin, flexible joints and all metabolic functions.

INGREDIENTS FOR EVENING PRIMROSE OIL:

Pure Evening Primrose Oil (oenothera biennis), with a minimum 10% GLA

 

Directions To Use Evening Primrose Oil :

Adults and children over 6 years of age, 15 drops (1ml) daily with food. As a cosmetic: massage twice daily onto the face and body as required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.

** Caution: Do not use if you are a diagnosed epileptic.
