Health Aid Tranquil capsules are made using a blend of natural herbal extracts that work synergistically to help the body cope with the demands and pressures of modern life, helping to relax and cope with daily stress

Taking Health Aid Tranquil can be of benefit to:

- Those who suffer from insomnia 
- People with nervous disorders, hysteria or depression 
- Women with premenstrual tension 
- Men and women suffering from exhaustion or hysteria

mode of use:
As a food supplement for adults and young people over 16 years, one capsule a day with food. If required, it can be increased to two capsules a day
 
composition:
Each Health Aid Tranquil capsule provides: 

- Hawthorn hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha), macerated in oil (1: 2) 264 mg 
- Hawthorn hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha), extract (1: 1) 100 mg 
- Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis), extract (5: 1) (equivalent to 250 mg of valerian powder) 50 mg 
- Snowball (Viburnum opulus), extract (10: 1) (equivalent to 500 mg of snowball powder) 50 mg 
- Magnolia (Magnolia grandiflora), powder extract 25 mg 
- Hypericum (Hypericum perforatum), powder extract (standardized to 0.3% hypericin) 25 mg 
- Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), extract (4: 1) (equivalent to 10 mg powder of passionflower) 2.5 mg

Other ingredients: Capsule [gelling agent (gelatin), humectant (glycerol, purified water)], bulking agents (hydrogenated coconut oil, palm oil, yellow beeswax), emulsifier (lecithin), natural dyes (chlorophyllin sodium copper) , titanium dioxide, black iron oxide)
Patients taking prescribed medication need to consult their primary healthcare physician before taking this supplement as it contains St Johns Wort which can affect the way certain medication work.
Not recommended for use during pregnancy.
