Orders received on Friday by 7pm & Saturday by 1pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders received on a Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Orders totaling less than €50 will incur a €5 courier charge. This applies only to deliveries to Malta & Gozo.

Courier does not work on Public Holidays.

DRAGON ERYTHRITOL POWDER 250G

Bio erythritol powder is a natural product with the qualities of a natural sweetener.

It is a white crystalline powder with a sweet sweet taste, like sugar. The main feature is that it contains no calories, and its glycemic index is 1 (for comparison, white sugar is 65).

It is suitable for delicate sweetening of various foods and beverages such as shakes, snacks and juices. Resistant to heat treatment and great for home cooking. Used in food and chocolate production in combination with other sweeteners to achieve good consistency and sweetness.

Recommended use: 15 grams of intake (about 1-2 tablespoons). Excessive use may have a laxative effect.
