DIET RADISSON ORGANIC CHIA SEED 250G

Chia, or Salvia Hispanica, is originally from Mexico and Guatemala. Maya and Aztecs consumed it before the arrival of the Spanish because of its extraordinary properties. The word Chia comes from the Mayan and means “strength” and legend has it that a handful of Chia could keep an Aztec warrior going all day—it’s no surprise that it’s valued so highly.
Chia has a high Omega 3 (alpha-linolenic acid) content, which contributes to maintaining normal levels of blood cholesterol if you take 2g/day of this fatty acid (10g of Chia Seeds).
Benefits
– High fibre content (36,4%).
– Source of vegetable proteins.
– Low sugar content.
– Very low sodium content.

PRESENTATION: 250g PACKET

Chia is both delicious and versatile and can be consumed in many different ways. So as not to lose any of its benefits, you should grind it or leave it to soak for 15 minutes. You can incorporate it into drinks, dishes, and desserts, and prepare a ton of recipes with it. In fact, it’s a trendy ingredient among the most prestigious chefs in the world.
