Reduced in calories and carbs. Due to the very low glycemic index of Tagatose (<10), the blood sugar level is not affected. This feature allows us to subtract the Tagatose gram from the declared carbohydrate value in the nutritional table.

Ingredients

dark chocolate (48%) [cocoa mass, D-tagatose (derived from MILK), cocoa butter, emulsifier (SOY lecithin), natural flavour (vanilla)], WHEAT flour, concentrated butter (7,6%), tagatose syrup (tagatose (34%), acidity regulator (hydrochloric acid), fructo-oligosaccharides, WHEAT starch, rice starch, raising agents (ammonium carbonate, sodium carbonate, disodium diphosphate), whole MILK powder, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, natural flavour (vanilla). Contains naturally occuring sugars. Excessive consumption may have a laxatieve effect. Can contain traces of NUTS, SESAME, and EGG.
