DAMHERT GLUTEN FREE KAISER ROLLS 180G

Only 8 minutes baking in the oven at 220°C and you have fresh gluten- and lactose-free Kaiser rolls like at the baker's. Delicious for a Sunday morning!

Ingredients
water, corn starch, rice flour, extra-virgin olive oil (4,1%), sugar, rice starch, tapioca starch, salt, buckwheat flour (1,5%), yeast, vegetable fibers, vegetable proteins, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickener (guar flour, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), flavourings. Lactose Free (less than 0,01g/100g). May contain traces of lupin and mustard
Use and Conservation
Use:Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes at 220 °C. Once opened, keep dry or refrigerated for max. 2 days.
Conservation:Keep dry or in the refrigerator for max. 2 days.
