Magnesium is one of the most important minerals in sports nutrition, massive amounts are lost through sweat and the accelerated metabolism of strenuous exercise.
A body with the right amount of magnesium will be more supple, will resist fatigue for longer and will better repair itself.
Magnesium Oil Recovery Spray has been formulated for topical use. Magnesium commences absorption immediately when massaged into the skin. Camphor, black pepper and lemon oils have been added to help stimulate blood circulation to the area and encourage muscle recovery.

An essential mineral in exercise recovery, Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal functioning of muscles and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.
Magnesium also aids electrolyte balance and supports normal energy-yielding metabolism.
It also plays a part in normal psychological function and healthy functioning of the nervous system.
How to use
Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.
Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.
For training support - Apply a minimum of 10-20 sprays, morning and night to help restore magnesium levels. Increase dosage during intense training.
For recovery - Apply to muscle area and thoroughly massage into the skin. Repeat as often as required and keep area warm.
Reapply whenever needed.
