Light rice flour, ground in an additional, separate Bauckhof mill for gluten-free products only!
Special Features:
Our very special gluten-free mill - purchased by the Swiss Army - can produce up to 18 tons per day and grinds only gluten-free flours. It is located in a separate building so that we can prevent any contamination by gluten-containing products. Every batch of gluten-free flour is tested for gluten-free in our own mill laboratory. We have also set up a flour dust free room for this purpose.
