Suggested Use:

Consume 1 gel orally every 45 minutes during exercise to maximise carbohydrate utilisation and support exercise performance. BODYFUEL™ gels do not need to be consumed with water to be effective. Ensure you keep hydrated.

Lemon & Lime: Water, Maltodextrin (33%), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Thickener (Xanthan Gum), Natural Flavouring, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Sweetener (Sucralose), B-Vitamin Blend, Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic Acid).
