Storage
Store in a cool dry place and use within 3 months of opening.
Preparation and Usage
Put 2 scoops (10g) with 250ml in a French press (cafetiere) and add 250ml of hot water.  Add milk or plant based mylk to taste.  To follow the Brave Method blend with 1 tsp of grass fed butter and 1 tsp of  Ancient + Brave's True MCT.
