ALCE NERO DATTERINI PURE 350G
Alce Nero Organic Datterino Tomato Puree is produced with Italian organic tomatoes grown in Emilia Romagna. The tomatoes, harvested in July, August and September, are processed to preserve flavors, aromas and nutritional properties. After washing and selection, the peel is removed from the tomatoes with the steam, only then are the tomatoes chopped, pureed and concentrated. The product is then bottled and pasteurized to ensure its stability over time. Alce Nero organic Datterino tomato puree is prepared without additives and added salt.
