ALCE NERO CHICKPEAS & SORGHUM FLOUR 400G

The chick peas and sorghum used to produce this Alce Nero flour are Italian. Alce Nero organic chick pea and sorghum flour is obtained by stone grinding the Italian-grown chick peas and sorghum and is a good source of protein, fibre and phosphorus.

Whether used on its own or combined with other flours, chick pea and sorghum flour is particularly suitable for the preparation of crackers, fritters and pancakes.
