There are times when it is important to stop and indulge in a little sweetness, so we thought of a simple snack, just shortcrust pastry and apple filling. Here are the delicious Dolce Mela, we couldn't help but call them that.
INGREDIENTS
Apple filling 60% (glucose-fructose syrup, apple puree 35% – the percentage of apple puree refers to the filling – sugar, thickeners: pectin; sodium alginate and tetrasodium pyrophosphate, acidity regulators: citric acid; sodium citrate and calcium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavourings), corn starch, rice starch, sugar, sunflower oil 6%, eggs, skimmed milk powder, butter, milk, fructose, thickeners: guar flour; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, natural vanilla flavouring, raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate; sodium bicarbonate; sodium pyrophosphate, iodized salt. May contain traces of: soy, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins.
