LIFEPLAN EVENING PRIMROSE OIL 1000MG

These capsules contain a Premium Quality oil which has been cold-extracted without chemicals, from specially grown plants. 
An important constituent of this oil is GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid). Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

DIRECTIONS A s a supplement, take one to three
capsules daily with liquid or as otherwise required.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet.

Lifeplan high strength evening primrose and starflower oils capsules contain a blend of Premium Quality oils cold-extracted without chemicals, from specially grown plants of Evening Primrose and Borago officinalis.

This special oil has an enhanced content of the important constituent GLA (Gamma Linolenic Acid), being over 50% richer in this polyunsaturated than evening primrose oil alone.

GLA is a special fatty acid from which the body can produce Prostaglandins, the biological regulators controlling metabolic, physiological and reproductive functions.

Many women like to supplement their diets with GLA which can help maintain hormonal harmony.
