New gluten-free cake mixes from Free & Easy, sweetened only with unrefined coconut blossom sugar. The mix already contains egg replacer, so simply add 140ml oil and 115ml water for a quick & easy delicious vegan cake!

Ginger Cake Ingredients: coconut blossom sugar (47%), gluten free plain flour (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), raising agent (mono calcium phosphate, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate), ground ginger (2%).
