Prepared with sourdough , it is ideal for breakfast, lightly toasted and enriched with jams or spreads. And thanks to its extra soft slice it is perfect to fill to prepare toast or sandwich to be enjoyed at any time of the day. 

The whole PanBauletto is naturally lactose free and without milk proteins , guaranteed and Lfree certified .

Water, corn starch, sourdough 15% (water, whole buckwheat flour 7%, sourdough), sunflower oil, flaxseed 2.4%, sunflower seed 2.4%, sugar, fiber psyllium, barley malt extract swallowed, salt, thickeners: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, guar gum; yeast, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; soy protein, flavorings. May contain traces of lupine and mustard.
